      Pros

      I worked at NetApp for 10 years. Great place to work, good middle management and excellent benefits. The vast majority of people there enjoy being there and driving the company forward. After the recent changes, I expect them to recover lost ground quickly.

      Cons

      The last CEO was too slow to make the changes required and also kept some of the wrong people at senior executive level.
