The company has chain values and a fundamental foundation from the funders. the work environment is good there's a pressure for process project completion due to the characteristics of the tech company, where the tech changes every day, good place for training and personnel development.
Cons
Due to the speed of the project implementation, the internal company changes to adapt itself to the new challenges this may mean, tearing down operations and outsourcing systems, causing constant cutdowns.
