      Pros

      Excellent work life balance and exposure to technology. Generally very good people to work with. Very good pay and opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Vision from CEO rarely makes it down the ranks without being miscommunicated. Love the CEO vision, don't like execution of vision by management structure.
