Great people, great products. The culture is one of sharing and engerizing. Has very good benefits.

Cons

Company is in a little bit of a downward trend of their own making, culture is changing to be more process oriented.

Pros

Fantastic collaborative culture. Best storage technology out there with a future in hybrid cloud, flash and software defined storage. Good training and reasonable hours. Great customers.

Cons

I feel that the culture is shifting a bit. As NetApp is making the transition to cloud there are growing pains such as retention. People are attracted to "flashy" new things. As a result, some newer folks know less of the culture and as result, SEs, TAMs and even PS are starting to feel like more of a commodity instead of an integral piece of an account team.

Pros

Collaborative Culture, Candor is evident everywhere which leads to Getting Things Done. Values Employees and helps them get to where they want to go (lots of examples in Central Area). Great technology to bring to our customers to help solve problems.

Cons

Sometimes reacts too conservatively to address growth goals, however hiring ahead of the curve now is a GREAT thing and perhaps a change in philosophy here.
