NetApp's Forbes 100 top company rating standard is "very overrated". The benefits/work environment is overrated.

Beer bashes every other week is great. If you know what you are doing management will let you do it.

Cons

Benefits are average. Raises and Health benefits are nothing to talk about. Company states high values especially to employees but no real action.
