Pros
CEO knows what to do. We are in the worlds of facebook, amazon, twitter and its all about data and NetApp seems to be catching up with things in the last 2-3 years
Cons
Various departments can get a bit organized. They should train all departments with product features. Some employees who arent in the Product dept, dont know NetApp products.
