Pros

Flexible schedule, good benefits, some really nice people. Easy to park, good cafeteria. Some buildings are being brought to Modern days. Free coffee.

Cons

Continued revolving door of VPs and executives is a non-stop. Tight circles at the top of people who don't agree. Lack of enterprise operations models. Innovation is completely slow and un-funded.
