Pros
Product is great. They definitely have some key competitive advantages although I'm not sure how sustainable they are in this ever changing market. Hanging your hat on NLP alone will not stand the test of time. Lots of great people working throughout the organization from the client services side, to the sales team and the product team.
Cons
Management will be the downfall of this company. The corporate culture is a lone wolf, "biggest quota makes the rules" type of culture; much more becoming a two person start up rather than the organization it actually is. Management is clearly not compensated in a way that reflects the success of their employees. If you do end up working here, hold on to your hat because if you look the other way, there are a few key mgt players that will happily steal it from you. No repercussions from leadership for immoral and "snake like" behavior as they are entirely focused on revenue generation as opposed to personal growth. It is a "wild west" mentality which is a bit immature and disheartening for a company that has been around for this long. They won't survive under current leadership. Also their HR program is horrendous. Extremely unprofessional and useless. Don't bother working here if you are a femaie thinking about a family. There is no maternity leave unless you are a resident of California. You will have to take disability. Kudos HR.
