Relatively good WLB; great technology; nice people

Cons

Intransparent culture, greedy management, short sighted business decisions, poor diversity in upper management, top management has no knowledge in tech, bottom compensation.

Engineers have solid career paths Engineers and the business teams are aligned even through it's difficult in our space The business is growing year over year, consistently Technologists have numerous interesting roles to play People are collaborative when respect and trust is earned

Cons

The culture can be tough for some who can't keep up (like it was for our former head of product strategy who wrote one very negative review here as a shot at those who fired him) The work-life balance is tough if you let work take over your life
