Pros
Neteffects works hard to deliver services to many diverse clients that may put value on many different things. We also work hard to provide the most qualified information to our candidates so that they may make the best educated decision for their careers. It is important to know that not all clients are created equally. For some clients we know their environments down to the manager and group's core values. Contrastingly in some client environments we are not allowed manager contact (vendor neutral MSP/VMS companies) hence we are recruiting from a written requirement. We put great value on the treatment of our employees. We have dedicated Consultant Relationship Managers who's focus is on the consultant experience. Staffing is a tightrope business and we are certainly not perfect but we constantly try to improve ourselves through feedback of our employees, candidates and clients.
Cons
We have some fabulous competitors that "keep us on our toes" and I think we keep them on theirs. Unfortunately there are really bad firms out there that leave such a bad impression of our industry that it makes it tough for the rest of us that work very hard towards professionalism.
