Pros
- NetEffects is a great place to work. - The staff is very supportive and very professional. - They have strong documentation processing about immigration-related work, and never faced any issues. - Worked for 2.5 years and did not have any issues. They have longer terms contracts with their existing clients and are mostly transparent. - When I was hired they had a strong screening process and were getting honest feedback on time. -They gave what they agreed in terms of salary, and benefits and got increments in pay rate as closed as requested. - It was wonderful to be employed through them. I wish the company and management for their future success.
Cons
- Not that I can think of. - Only thing is, it would have been nice if I get to know each one personally at NetEffect. It was a pandemic time when I got hired so couldn't get a chance to meet.
