Such great people make up the team at NetEffects. I had the pleasure of working with Desiree, Dave, Janice plus so many more wonderful people who really made finding a fantastic position in a different state smooth and obtainable. They did a great job making sure I was supported from the initial interview with their company, through all the interviews for different contract placements, throughout the 1.5 years I was contracted with them, and into my conversion into a fulltime employee with my company. Communication in all parts of the process was seamless and I was always able to get questions answered in a matter of minutes. It's been absolute joy working with the team.

Cons

The biggest con was the price of the health benefits and lack of paid holidays, but that was generally made up for by their ability to drive a good salary and positioning in the company. That's all I can think of for cons.

Pros

The company is great, with a focus on personal and professional growth, work life balance and collaboration! They take care of their employees, and are always friendly!

Cons

The benefits leave something to be desired. Lots of options to choose from, though pricey. I don't think it's much different than most companies these days - just average.
