NetJets has an amazing and engaging mission. It is nice to be a part of an organization that is delivering the ultimate in safety and service. Everyone has clear direction to accept no compromise and constantly improve what we do.

Cons

We work hard, always striving for improvement. That constant drive is rewarding but also challenging. This is not a company where you can just show up to work on "autopilot", you need to show up and work hard. There are no issues with boredom so it takes the right person to be successful here.
