Cons

Recent cut in benefits, some not-so-great co-workers, too tired and sore to see the places you get to, even if you have longer than 10-12 hours there, which is becoming rare.

Pros

Benefits are excellent- 401K matching is unheard of, medical is top notch, vacation/pto is great. Schedule is great, as you can change every quarter according to your needs. Bases are plentiful. Positive environment and great co-workers.

Cons

Pay is not what you would expect the top flight attendants in the world to receive. Company won't budge giving us raises that are reasonable, even though growth and profit are through the roof. Starting pay is absurdly low. You can make a lot with overtime, but the company only gives soft money adjustments that don't help the bottom line. Mainline flight attendants make more.

It's unfortunately based in Columbus Ohio, so there is not much to choose from, as it relates to qualified candidates during, a new hire employee selection process.
