Pros

Compensation and benefits are great if you don’t care about your mental health.

Cons

The work environment can feel toxic at times. Management gives the impression of caring, but it often comes across as insincere. There is noticeable favoritism, and diversity and inclusion are severely lacking. Career advancement seems largely dependent on having personal connections within management rather than on performance or qualifications. Employees placed on performance improvement plans rarely have a fair chance to succeed, regardless of the effort they put in. Recognition and celebrations tend to focus only on those within favored groups. The talent acquisition team also appears to operate with a strong bias, contributing to an overall sense of unfairness.
