Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits package among the best. Voices and opinions are heard. Ferry flights on their aircraft! No shortage of challenging work. Opportunities to learn and grow. Company pride is high. High performance is rewarded. Constant low performance is not tolerated.
Cons
This isn’t a con for me but could be for some. NetJets isn’t a “country club” work atmosphere. Have seen culture shock from those coming from outside the company and departing NetJets. Technology is somewhat dated. Investments are being made to address this. No room for bloat or overhead. It’s expected we wear diverse hats when the time calls for it. Org Changes do happen. If you are uncomfortable with change then this might not be the right culture.
