NetPlanner is a good company to work for, but are barely competitive when it comes to pay. They believe in “family first” and care about their employees. They do not micromanage if you do your job.
Cons
They are at the bottom of competitive salaries. The insurance benefits are not good, and the requirements for hiring talent are extremely high making it difficult to obtain and keep experienced employees.
NSI is the best company I have ever worked for. I start3d as a field tech and advanced to PM. This is the most family oriented place I have worked. When they tell you that they care about you and your family they mean it. I would recommend that anyone with a good work ethic and positive attitude to come aboard and see for yourself.
