You get micromanaged if they start not liking you.
Hire anyone and will allow some techs to get away with things over others.
Hostile environment and difficult co-workers, (one made one quit and made another find another job]. Will kiss up and try to put you under the bus to make themselves look good.
Just literally go look elsewhere if you're trying to get into structure cabling. This isn't a good company to work for. If you don't fit in, they'll look for a reason to get rid of you and you're more than likely not going to have a good time with some of the people you work with over time.
