      pros 1. Great place to kick start career in cybersecurity. 2. CTO and other executives are friendly and approachable as there is no hierarchy. 3. Exposure to different domains in InfoSec 4. On the job training for new domains in InfoSec 5. One of the important thingthing for me is work life balance, as the job is complete remote I can have more free time when compared to onsite or hybrid jobs.

      Cons 1. Lots of projects and processes they follow for quality can sometimes be annoying but it really helped me to improve my time management and multi tasking skills. so overall it's good.
