      Pros

      Very Good company to improve your skills and get actual challenging projects. All their customers are large international financial companies. Variety of projects and requirements. Pays better than many MNC’s, from my experience they recognize your work and achievements and make hikes in pay even without asking. Top Management is very professional, and available for support. CTO is a technology visionary and is very knowledgeable. CEO and other executives are very friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      Not a place to work for if you are not serious in your job, Quality expectations are very high and multiple levels of reviews and approvals. A very different and challenging work environment. I like everything here except HR team 😀
