If I had to force something on top of my head... it'd be getting off at 3pm. Otherwise, there are no cons.
Cons
Technology? Forget it. The owner of this small company is extremely outdated. Wastes about 1000 pieces of paper a day printing everything. Every person that we submitted, shortlisted, and follow up emails are sent MANUALLY... you can imagine how many that is in one day. Every person that sends us a resume to a job that we posted, we will have all your information (address, company, phone number, etc) in our database where NetSource will never delete. They will continuously call and email you every day about the position. This is a failing company.
