I love NetSuite! Great company. Amazing network of people here. Lots of benefits. The product is solid. The office is super cool. I love my team and my manager. Overall, it's a great place to grow in your career.

Cons

Sales is tough right now, and at NetSuite it's particularly tough. Hardly anyone meets/exceeds quota, largely because it's an unrealistic number. There are also a few systems in place that are quite unfair. For instance, you might be given accounts with heavy pricing terms/restrictions, but those limitations aren't factored into your quota.
