Pros

I wanted to work with a company that is globally competitive and has big heart for the employees. Starting with a very efficient recruitment process, I am so impressed with how the recruitment team of Netsuite handle the interview process. Concerns and issues were addressed thoroughly and clearly.

Cons

The time schedule will be a challenge. For someone who has been working during daytime, it is required to be flexible and continue to be efficient despite the change in schedule.

They have a very friendly HR staffs that assist you all through the hiring process. Very competitive and exciting salary packages for fresh grads!

Cons

When I applied, it took 3 days to complete the interviews and it was fast. I don't encounter any problems. After that I've waited for the results of the evaluation for a week. It good and very convenient.

Cons

I don't have any bad experience during the hiring process at all.
