I have a good supervisor who looks after me and my team. It's a big and emerging company with a stable foundation. Salary and benefits above average. Fast promotions. Work-life-balance

Cons

Personal growth is limited. Boring kind of template work. High level of politics. Not the type of work I envision myself doing a long time.

The recruitment process is very professional. The interviews are all challenging and exciting. Everyone I saw and met during my interviews are all friendly & accommodating. The compensation is very competitive, given that I only have a year of experience.
