The interview process at NetSuite explores your skills and personality in various different ways including a one to one interview, group interview, presentation and observations of working as part of a team. I feel that the interview process is very thorough and explores the person in many different ways, meaning that the best candidates are selected carefully. There is an outstanding training course which is thorough and prepares you for the role in question.

Iv not been able to select one as the recruitment process has so far been fantastic

The assessment day allowed for a lot of questions i had about the company to be answered fully and with a great amount of detail which cleared up any queries i had.

Very quick process, I met with all the relevant people in a short period of time. Everyone was straight forward and clear about the vision and objectives. They were also very candid about the challenges that were facing the business. So no surprises when I joined.

Cons

Should have joined sooner! This is a great solution designed for supporting the business challenges of today and tomorrow.
