      - good people to work with. - located near major highway - competitive salary - flexible working hours - benefits are OK

      Cons

      - Upper managements do not care about employee career growth - too cooperative. all decision is made by upper management leaving good ideas unrecognized - Company expects long working hours without giving extra benefit - Company keeps rushing out features without sufficiently test it. - Quality is not one of the thing that company cares
