There a lots of opportunities, has unique benefits that other companies doesn't have, has lot of perks. Promotion opportunities. The offer is very competitive.Everyone was so friendly. They make you feel like your very important. Once they see the potential in you. They won't waste time to take you on board. Great company! The Recruitment process was fast! from the initial interview to the final interview. The Recruiter was very helpful and very accommodating. They response quickly to your concerns.

Pros

I wanted to work with a company that is globally competitive and has big heart for the employees. Starting with a very efficient recruitment process, I am so impressed with how the recruitment team of Netsuite handle the interview process. Concerns and issues were addressed thoroughly and clearly.

Cons

The time schedule will be a challenge. For someone who has been working during daytime, it is required to be flexible and continue to be efficient despite the change in schedule.
