      Pros

      Very fast process. Took a written exam and 3 interviews in 5 days. Informed me right away of the job offer. HR point of contact updates me about the status of my application regularly. Compensation package is really nice. Very nice benefits even for probationary employees. Above average salary offer for a fresh graduate like me

      Cons

      HR point of contact sent me an update that was not meant for me. It confused me but it was immediately corrected.

      I have a good supervisor who looks after me and my team. It's a big and emerging company with a stable foundation. Salary and benefits above average. Fast promotions. Work-life-balance

      Cons

      Personal growth is limited. Boring kind of template work. High level of politics. Not the type of work I envision myself doing a long time.
