      Pros

      Great compensation for Employees. Some very competent co-workers.

      Cons

      Company Culture of $ over all else. Lack of professionalism inside of some management teams, almost a high school clique atmosphere. Employees are lauded for working 70+ hours, no thought on long term growth, focus is all on cashing in today. Customers routinely gouged on software services and are billed for products that they do not require.

      Pros

      happy colleagues with young and vibrant teams. very good benefits compared to other PH companies (health, leaves, bonuses, stock plan), gives a lot of treats to employees. a lot of opportunities to socialize (parties, sports events). Most offshore managers are good mentors, trusts PH based staff. good company direction for future growth, a lot on internal hiring and room to move vertically

      Cons

      PH base is spaced out to 3 floors so have to move up and down to go to different offices but that's about it.
