      None that I can think of.

      I worked at NetSite on the Infrastructure side of the business and left shortly after the merger with Oracle. I have 20+ years of experience and I'm a combat veteran. In the lead up to the merger event it became quite clear that NetSuite was attempting to reduce the head-count. Some of the methods they employed: 1. Giving poor reviews to solid employees 2. Giving very low raises to good employees 3. Conducting a reorganization to promote uncertainty within the organization It appeared as though end goal of these actions was to reduce the head-count to increase the payout for the management team.

      Pros

      THis is a large company so there is Stability. he Bonus is the only plus I can think of.

      Cons

      No one knows what they are doing Majority of the people only last a year at this job All they care about is the hours you put in not the clients (must be billable at all time) Managers have zero training, not a lot of people in the right positions NOT client oriented in the least HR is unprofessional Some of the upper managers have a chip on their shoulders. When asked a question about their plan for their growth rate of 33% was corrected that it's 35%.
