Pros

Great people, friendly, easy to get along with. I see the opportunity that the agents have and its great.

Cons

Compensation is not up to par with the market for this position. Not particularly receptive to feedback, office lacks accountability to help keep clean, not always professional. No clear paths for advancement which makes it difficult to grow within the company if you don't want to go into sales.

Pros

Great place to work — solid environment, strong leadership, and a team that actually has your back. I’ve been able to build real connections here and level up in ways I didn’t expect. It’s the kind of place that pushes you to grow, not just clock in and out.

Cons

I wish there was a bit more focus and structure around our 212 Loans side — there’s a lot of potential there that could really take off with some extra attention.

The company provides an excellent training program where everyone is extremely helpful and hands-on throughout the learning process. There is tremendous opportunity to earn a great income and build lasting professional relationships. Management and peers are always willing to share knowledge, and the company equips you with all the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Cons

None so far — as long as you’re willing to put in the effort, the opportunities are there.
