Pros
The ceiling for your potential is in how hard you work and time you put into building your business. Great work environment. Very much a team mentality.
Cons
Long hours. If you’re going to be successful you’re going to have to put in the time, especially in your first few years. 100% commission. This is only a con if you don’t have a strong work ethic. Like any sales job you are going to have some disappointing losses or close calls that result in making $0. However, persistence will balance out the losses and there will be some big wins!
