Networth Realty sets you up for success giving you all the tools needed to run your business. They set goals, give you the tools, and motivate you to achieve them. The team atmosphere is amazing, encouraging you to be better as a person and associate. If you are a highly motivated individual this is the place for you.

Cons

Patience is key. You need to build your funnel and success will come. It takes sometime to build your business.

I’ve been a part of sales teams for 30 years but never one as genuine. Our unique model provides for healthy competition while at the same time total cooperation. I literally have access to anyone in the company at anytime, including the owners. I can get advice, receive support, or share an experience with anyone anywhere within the company 24/7. That includes other offices in other states. I tested this out the first month that I started and called one of the top agents in the company who works out of another office for advice. He shared with me as if we had known each other for years.

Cons

It’s truly your business, so when you start it’s 100% up to you whether you choose to follow the system that is set up.
