      Pros

      Literally a "Win-Win" for all parties involved. Opportunities to make paychecks every single day. If you are willing to put in the time, the results will come because of the product that we have. Fun environment.

      Cons

      Not for everyone, not a "guaranteed" paycheck. You only make money if you actually consistently put in effort. The person expecting the opportunity to fall in their lap, instead of creating it on their own will struggle.

      They challenge you to be your best self. The relationships you build both inside and outside the company can be fulfilling. The earning potential is unlimited.

      Cons

      Not for everybody. Not for clock punchers and people who have no interest in literally building their own success. Work life balance can be tricky. You run your own business- you are your own weakest link.

      Unlimited earning potential. You get what you put into it. This is not a 9-5 desk job and everyday is different. You get to work in real estate and create "win-win" situations for buyers and sellers. Continuous training and support.

      Cons

      You must be committed to growing your book of business everyday. This career is not your typical 9-5 and requires a strong work ethic and commitment to get started. With that being said the sky is the limit if you follow the model and training.
