I started 5 years ago with NO knowledge of real estate, All I had was a basic knowledge of sales and a drive to be successful. I am now a regional manager and a active real estate investor on the side. I have grown with the company and watched others, like me, start and become successful. The income really is unlimited and most agents are making over 100k in there 2nd year and it only goes up from there.

No cons, It takes hard work to be successful and its not for everyone.

Cons

Juggling life, real estate happens all the time. I tell people it’s great that you can do deals from the golf course, but you also sometimes have to do deals from the golf course.
