      *The best company culture *Flexibilty *1 month at Networth is equivilant to 12 months of retail experience *3 opportunities for compensation for each transaction, no other brokerage can touch that

      Pros

      Money is great, and you learn a lot due to the sheer volume of deals the company does. You get out what you put in, so the more you work, the better you'll do. There are also added benefits like work trips and the opportunities to begin investing in Real Estate yourself. It is for someone who is not afraid to take a call at 9 pm during the week, but you also have a lot of freedom during the day.

      - Amazing work environment with such a fun environment. It's the definition of work hard play hard - Management is dedicated to making you successful. You have to put in the work but you get all the support you need to be the best you can be. - Amazing perks if you reach goals - You will learn more about real estate in 1 year vs. 3 years as a regular retail agent

      Cons

      - A con for some people would be it is not a typical 9-5. You really have to put in the work especially in the first 2 years to create more of a stable and consistent income. If you are willing to hustle it will pay off!
