Working for NetWorth Realty for the last two and a half years has been life changing. Being an ex-athlete, I love to compete and see the rewards from my hard work. NetWorth gives you unlimited earning potential and plenty of incentives for those that put in the work. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday when there is a purpose and everyone around me has the same motivation to be their absolute best.

Cons

NetWorth Realty is all about driving results and continuing to better yourself. To succeed you will have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and build your network. Meeting new people is the name of the game. Those that just want to sit behind a computer screen will have a difficult time.

This has been the most life changing career move I have ever made. You have an unlimited earning potential determined in the amount of work you are willing to put in. They train you for free and offer some of the best competition/production based incentives that I have ever seen a company offer. I've only been here 6 months and have made close to my whole yearly salary at my previous position as the supervisor of litigation for a foreclosure law firm. The title say it all. This company provides life changing opportunities!

Cons

If your looking to be that laid back real estate agent selling a couple homes a year and working from home, this is not the place for you

I have been with the company for a year and a half and have to say that all employees, including myself, work incredibly hard for the three owners. With that said, our efforts are always rewarded in a variety of ways. If you are looking for a company that appreciates hard work and recognizes you for it, this is the place. This is the first company I have worked for in my life that gives you the opportunity to prove yourself and advance while maintaining an acceptable work/life balance.

Cons

Not a con at all but you will be pushed to produce all day. I love it!!!! Some will not. This is only a con if you can't handle constructive criticism and being responsible for bringing your all to work every day.
