Pros

This is a highly successful company that has the impact of big business with the workforce of family owned. This is the dream combination as it allows you to work on big picture projects, learn larger concepts, and have a bigger personal responsibility and resulting impact. To have this opportunity elsewhere would simply not be feasible at my age. The owners truly care about each team, and make a point to take your input into consideration.

Cons

The dynamic is not for everyone. Regardless of your role in the company, you are on a small team and your workload has a big impact. Everyone must put in true effort each day. If you don't thrive from a challenge, this may not be the best fit for you.

Amazing people at this company. The team and the training the team provides is pretty amazing. The opportunities for income and for promotion through the ranks are above what most companies will ever provide. The team environment that exists here is pretty special. If you’re looking for something you can be a part of and you have a strong work ethic this is a great place for you.

Cons

As with anything you want to be successful at, you have to work at it. This isn’t a 9-5. That’s true of the time requirements and the rewards. That’s as much of a con as I can see. Nothing in life comes easy and this job is the same. The support you get is amazing as your team wants to see you succeed, but you still have to want it and go after it daily.

No cap on how far your business can go, with a brokerage that has become family. Having a team rather then co workers. there is unlimited potential working with a group that is beyond passionate about what they wake up and do everyday.
