Pros

I have been working at the Atlanta office for the past two weeks and I really enjoy the team work atmosphere and hands on experience. You learn something new everyday and I look forward to growing with this company. Several people are doing very well financially and I think this is a great company to work for. They really invest in their employees.

Cons

If you work in Real Estate, you must consider the wear and tear on your vehicle. You will put a lot of miles on your car. However, it is all worth it.

I love what I do. My broker in Atlanta is great, very hands on, very supportive, knowledge and wants to see us succeed. The company’s CEO is a top gun who conducts the associate training so their is a very close knit family culture here. I enjoy the team focus and being able to think out the box for my income. Very open financial incentives.

Cons

It’s challenging ensuring balance because you really try to work when you’re off at all times. It takes a self driven person and patient mentality to keep pushing until the deal is done. Have to keep positive and going hard.

Pros

Great place to work. You don't have to be micro managed like a typical 9-5. Potential for unimaginable amounts of income. Great team mentality and everyone is willing to help. Only place I've been able to work where the CEO is willing to give you his personal Cell number and speak with you basically anytime.

Cons

Lots of hard work, and the job is totally in your hands. It is easy to fail if you are not a motivated person.
