Pros

Unlimited earning potential combined with a fast opportunity for advancement. The amount of effort that you apply translates to your pay. Solid team of experienced associates provide great training and support.

Cons

Requires focused effort each day. This isn't a 9-5 sitting at your desk position.

Pros

Opportunity! Great co-workers. You can learn a lot about real estate investing and real estate in general. Great company outings and incentives! Flexible schedule to allow for doing what you need to get done. Horizontal company structure.

Cons

Not many things that I don't like about this job, but some things to be aware of. Make sure you know that there is a time commitment that has to be made to succeed in this business. You have to put in the work and time to be successful. Makes daily work to life balance a little more tough but it can be done. There is some competition in this job, but real estate investing is competitive in general. So, it's part of the job.

Pros

Deciding to join this company is by far one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. I joined a little over three years ago as a sales associate in Houston, and now I'm a senior acquisitions associate in the Chicago, IL office. There are far too many PROS of the job to discuss in length, but I can sum up most of it in just a few words: the freedom, the upward mobility, and the compensation is what drew me into this company, and it's also the same thing that's kept me here. This is not an "office job". I'm out in the field, interacting with people everyday. No one is micromanaging me, and my compensation is completely up to me. In terms of upward mobility - there are plenty of opportunities to quickly move up in the company to become a Senior Associate, or even a manager if that's what you want. Even though we're a large company now, it's only going to get bigger. There's plenty room for A LOT more talent if you're looking to grow. Lastly, the income. I've seen a lot of success from a lot of different individuals here. I never would have thought this kind of compensation was in the cards for me, but it's available to anyone with the right work ethic and attitude.

Cons

This job will take some hustle and time to get off the ground. Can you handle making $10,000 in your first 3 months to make over six figures in your first year? This job isn't for everyone, but for the people who stick with it, it's WELL worth it.
