Pros
I have been with the company for a year and a half and have to say that all employees, including myself, work incredibly hard for the three owners. With that said, our efforts are always rewarded in a variety of ways. If you are looking for a company that appreciates hard work and recognizes you for it, this is the place. This is the first company I have worked for in my life that gives you the opportunity to prove yourself and advance while maintaining an acceptable work/life balance.
Cons
Not a con at all but you will be pushed to produce all day. I love it!!!! Some will not. This is only a con if you can't handle constructive criticism and being responsible for bringing your all to work every day.
