- Unlimited self growth potential. - The environment is a great place to be. - The people you meet are bountiful. - Management at the Tampa, FL office is very keen on instilling strong leadership skills in the associates. - Nothing more rewarding then having a team to help your business grow. - Developing new skill sets making me a more successful individual all around. - Making others successful is rewarding enough on it's own. - No micromanagement.

- It requires attentiveness to be successful. - Not for everyone; namely because you have to be ambitious and only commission based.
