      Cons

      Until you're an acquisitions associate you are at the mercy of others to make real money. It's not really a con because you have to learn the business first as a sales associate. It can be a bit frustrating but in the end it's worth it.

      Great team environment, excellent training, & available career opportunities. From day one every new team member is treated like family, you go through formal training and then you have constant on the job training thereafter. You're in business for yourself but never by yourself, we don't pull the ladder up behind us and everyone of our associates are willing to help one another be successful. Everyone is given the same opportunity for career advancements. The associates performance, level of commitment to their craft, and personal ambition dictate how far they can go with the company.

      Cons

      Time commitment. If you're not willing to put in 10-12 hrs/day 6-7 days a week for 2 years to build your business for your future than this opportunity may not be for you
