Pros

Literally limitless opportunity to be successful. I have been here for 8 years now, I have gotten 6 of my best friends to come to work for us because I believe in what we do, and the results are sustainable. Oh yeah and its fun not sitting behind a desk and getting to set your own hours. If you want to make money go make it. That, Simple.

Cons

Not for everyone, but if you can make it work it will be the best decision you ever made. Not for people who don't want to be accountable for themselves.

Make your own schedule. The harder you hustle the more money you make. I like to hustle. The company gives you all the tools to be successful and make literally as much money as you can think of. If you are money motivated, there isn't a better job. I went from working at a restaurant making $35k a year. I am now on pace to make $200k my second year in. Its like a fake commercial, where you are like, no way man, shut-up.

Cons

No real cons. This is a commission only job. I almost didn't take the job for that reason alone. I am thankful I gave it a shot and made the best out of the opportunity.
