You have no limits on what you can accomplish or how much money you can make. You have the support of the managers and executives all the time. The sky is the limit

Cons

I really don’t see any cons on the company’s system. Everything is set up so that you can succeed but you gotta put in the work. No one is going to be whatching you to make sire you do your job.

I have been with NetWorth for more than 6 years and despite seeing the company grow year after year, the management team still has a "family-owned" vibe which I really appreciate. The real estate industry is incredibly dynamic and management is constantly helping to create tools for the agents to become more efficient and ultimately make more money. Regardless of the role you play at NWR, the sky is the limit.

Cons

If you aren't willing or able to put in 100% every day, this isn't the job for you. A lack of effort = a lack of results in this industry.

- Joe Sevcik, our manager, is a tremendous asset and help to my success. He holds my hand every step of the way and is always there for me - I actually enjoy what I do, finding fixer upper properties and learning how to put together rehab estimates - Great culture in our office, everyone helps everyone - The education I get on investing in real estate is absolutely priceless - The more you work, the more money you make. Extremely scalable job - Can set your own hours if you want

- Commission only - You will not make much money at all within your first 1 to 3 months, but in the long run that will not matter
