Pros

NetWorth provides outstanding training and there is always someone available to answer any questions that you may have. There is no limit to how much money you can earn. The harder you work, the more money you will make. It's as simple as that. We have a fun team in the office and everyone enjoys coming to work. Company wide incentive trips for top performers are an added bonus.

Cons

The job is not for everyone. It can be a grind to get started. NetWorth will give you the tools you need to succeed and will be there for questions, but they can't force you to work hard. Once you are trained, it will be up to you to put in the work to earn the kind of money you want to make. Managers will help you create goals to set you up for success, but will not breath down your neck daily to make sure you are hitting them. You need to be self-motivated.

- Joe Sevcik, our manager, is a tremendous asset and help to my success. He holds my hand every step of the way and is always there for me - I actually enjoy what I do, finding fixer upper properties and learning how to put together rehab estimates - Great culture in our office, everyone helps everyone - The education I get on investing in real estate is absolutely priceless - The more you work, the more money you make. Extremely scalable job - Can set your own hours if you want

Cons

- Commission only - You will not make much money at all within your first 1 to 3 months, but in the long run that will not matter
