Pros

You literally write your own paycheck and give yourself a raise whenever you want. Work hard, follow the steps and lean on your teammates for help and guidance. You will succeed if you put in the time and work!

Cons

You will not succeed if you don't work hard and put in the time. If you try to do it 'your way', you will fail. Long hours but big paychecks!

Pros

Opportunity! Great co-workers. You can learn a lot about real estate investing and real estate in general. Great company outings and incentives! Flexible schedule to allow for doing what you need to get done. Horizontal company structure.

Cons

Not many things that I don't like about this job, but some things to be aware of. Make sure you know that there is a time commitment that has to be made to succeed in this business. You have to put in the work and time to be successful. Makes daily work to life balance a little more tough but it can be done. There is some competition in this job, but real estate investing is competitive in general. So, it's part of the job.

Pros

This has been the most life changing career move I have ever made. You have an unlimited earning potential determined in the amount of work you are willing to put in. They train you for free and offer some of the best competition/production based incentives that I have ever seen a company offer. I've only been here 6 months and have made close to my whole yearly salary at my previous position as the supervisor of litigation for a foreclosure law firm. The title say it all. This company provides life changing opportunities!

Cons

If your looking to be that laid back real estate agent selling a couple homes a year and working from home, this is not the place for you
