Since day one of working here. I've been given many tools to excel my position, self-development, connections and networking with so many opportunities like never before. With great management and teammates to learn from. Everyday is a fresh day to success. Truly believe its a "Numbers Game" and "Communication" in this business. The more Calls, Text Messages, Handshakes and events you do. The greater return you'll get!

Cons

Only issue I have is update current pay system for quicker pay schedule. Typically takes about 1-2 weeks after closing on properties in order to receive pay check.
