Pros

The job is completely what you make it. There is no cap to how much money and how well you do here. I love the company and CEOs and upper level management are amazing. They care about the people that work here and provide a lot of trainings, etc to help people be even more successful. I can’t speak highly enough about working here, it really is your own small business and you can run it how you want. The support from the company and managers overall is incredible. Also great work life balance and the business is run on integrity.

Cons

Real estate in general is a tough field, it’s not always consistent. But I’ve learned a lot of things working here to help push through and I’ve had so much personal growth as well!

Great start to your real estate career. They teach you the basics and have a guideline for things to do to be successful. They want you to be successful, if you succeed they succeed

With limited amount of existing investors, if someone in your team has acquired this investor, they are off limits. Your job is to find NEW ones
