Pros

The people, the opportunity, the personal growth and company culture. I love coming to work everyday with people who are just as motivated as I am. They are more like family. Our opportunity to make unlimited income, build our own networth through real estate and, for those that want to, open your own office is an opportunity like no other. There's never a point where you stop growing and developing yourself knowledge wise and as a leader. We work hard, but with that comes a lot of fun office experiences and company trips to reward the effort. For those looking to make 1% earner type of money and work in an incredible company culture, NetWorth Realty is for you.

Cons

This is not a good fit for anyone with an employee mindset that is only looking to work a 9-5.

Pros

NetWorth provided breakfast on Mondays. Have some interesting resource pages for agents.

Cons

My higher-up didn’t make an effort to get to know me personally, but had no problem making personal assumptions about myself. Some of the office managers can be low effort and this is reflected upon their work (I helped review their work/retention rates while in a corporate position here). There’s a reason NetWorth has a poor retention rate...My manager’s communication wasn’t clear but rarely had the time to sit down and answer my questions.

Pros

I have really enjoyed my first month with NetWorth Realty USA. The team I work with is really funny, helpful, and nice. The owners are actively involved in day to day decision making and it is obvious they care about their employees. The pay is competitive and the schedule is great for me. The training, support, resources, and opportunity for growth is amazing. They offer a lot of perks and the benefits are good too. Management is down to earth and communicative. I feel respected as an equal by everyone regardless of their position in the company. I also feel appreciated by management. They will go out of their way to thank me for my efforts, even managers of other departments have expressed their appreciation. Work/life balance definitely feels valued and job security seems good, they really try to meet people where they're at in life. Overall, being employed here so far has been a breath of fresh air and I plan to stay for many years to come. I would highly recommend NetWorth as an employer.

Cons

The only thing that does not feel is as competitive with the market is the PTO and retirement plan.
